Step One: Upload Campaign Data Campaign Data includes the specifics for each version – messaging, images, special offers, etc. AVS accepts a variety of industry-standard file formats, so you can upload the exact Print Order/Media Buy, Location Database, Special Offer Database, and Vendor / Publication Specs you use now. Interverz will customize AVS for your preferred terminology. Step Two: Upload Creative and Assets AVS hosts your Templates, Images and Fonts in well-organized libraries. Uploading creative is simple – just open it in your preferred design tool (Quark / InDesign) and tag the variable areas. Tagging can be as simple as naming each area, or as flexible and detailed as you desire. Step Three: Automated Versioning Click “Generate,” and AVS automatically merges your campaign data with your creative to produce thousands of versions in minutes. AVS is the only service able to generate high-resolution versions tailored to your publication specs, so your Proof and Approval teams can preview documents exactly as they will look on the printed page. Step Four: Proof & Approval Interverz will automate and streamline the approval workflow you use now. Your staff simply views each version and clicks accept or reject. AVS also enables them to leave comments for rejected versions or make quick revisions on the fly. And you can monitor the status of each version, so you’ll always be in control of the process. Step Five: Electronic Delivery All you have to do is click “Deliver!” and versions proceed to their appointed destinations automatically. If you serve a Franchisee client base, AVS will also push creative assets and pre-versioned campaigns to their Self-Service sites for easy access. See our Self-Service section for more details.
